Arizona Women’s Education & Employment has launched a new professional development, training and sharing network to assist and support high-impact women define and achieve career goals in a world all-too-often rife with invisible barriers and roadblocks to success.
The inaugural SheLEADS network will bring together a diverse base of experienced executive advisors from a range of economic and industry sectors who will collaborate, train, advise and mentor participants through a series of five monthly workshops and additional networking events from February through June.
Among the workshop topics will be executive leadership training, mapping a pathway to career goals and fundraising. Participant input will determine additional workshops and training sessions.
There is no cost to participate in the program. Participants will be asked to apply fundraising techniques and skills learned through SheLEADS to set personal fundraising goals to benefit AWEE. Minimum goal is $1,000.
